California Online Privacy Protection Act

1. CalOPPA is the first state law in the United States to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. In accordance with CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

2. A link to our privacy policy has been added at the bottom of our home page and all significant pages upon entering our website.

Fair Information Practices

1. In the United States of America, the Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law and the concepts it includes have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the world. Understanding the Fair Information Practices Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to complying with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

2. To be in line with the Fair Information Practices, we will react by taking the following action if a data breach occurs:
